This RV is in great condition.
Two prior owners (including me), first owner barely used it. I lived in this unit for 2 full years and loved every moment of it. It's the perfect full-time unit for 1-2 people, or weekend warrior for a small family.

• Upgraded vent fan in the bedroom (high-power, automatic, rain-sensing, not-standard)
• Custom interior lighting (120v, LED strips)
• 3 flat screen TVs (living room, bedroom, outside)
• Dual-zone bluetooth sound system (Zone A: bedroom; Zone B: outside)
• Camco "Extend-a-stay" bronze propane hook-up, allows use of external propane tank (not standard)
• Slide-out awning/cover (protects the top-side of the slide-out while it's extended, this is an extra feature)
• Additional accessories included: 10-ft propane hose to connect exterior grill tank, 100-ft 15-amp electrical cord, 100-ft compression water hose (potable), 25-ft compression water hose (non-potable), soft-bristle brush and pole for washing, 3.5-gal bucket, 3 stacks of composable leveling blocks, roof sealant patches, grip liners for cabinets, exterior key lock box, fly swatter (you'll want it!)

• Passenger-side cabin seat upholstery is worn
• Rear-side ladder has some dents, but is still stable and functional
• Some exterior decals are peeling/cracking with age (this happens to all RVs in the sun)
