2005 Newmar Mountain Aire, Model 4304, for your next adventure. Slightly used, and highly loved, we are the 2nd owners of this fabulous Pre-DEF coach. Lots of remodeling and upgrades! Please email for (1) more pictures, (2) digital copy of the brochure, (3) copy of the inspection that we had performed when we purchased, most recent service records, etc!

A few details:
• We have all of the original books/manuals,
• Basement Freezer (can be used as a fridge)
• All but one of the bays have slide outs - very convenient for accessing what you store
• We’ve had the coach cleaned and waxed regularly
• Never had any issues with getting into campgrounds that restrict older coaches because it still looks new!

LOTS and LOTS of upgrades - too many to list, but they include:
• Residential Refrigerator/fridge,
• Upgraded Thermostat - “Micro-Air Easy Touch” Bluetooth and Wifi - App enabled (monitor and adjust the temp from anywhere),
• King Sleep Number bed,
• Power/electric toilet,
• Upgraded LED lighting,
• Replaced the 2005 Curtains with Power MCD Shades in the front (Driver, Passenger, & Windshield),
• Heated tile floors (no carpet),
• ACUVA Drinking water filtration system,
• New Tires put on when we purchased it 2 years ago ($5k)
• New House Batteries installed when we purchased it
• “Tireminder” Tire Pressure monitoring System,
• Blue Ox Towing system,
• Exterior Sunshades (similar to current MagnaShades, but use snaps (they didn’t use magnets when these were installed)
Coach is currrently in Central PA. Can make arrangements for it to be seen somewhere near MD or on the way to Fl in October if still available.

AC Units have been well maintained and cleaned every 6 months since we’ve owned it.

The previous owner kept lots of spare parts, belts, etc - which we will pass along to the new owners.
