30 foot camper bought in 2021 (34 ft. w/hitch) and very lightly used (just a few short weekend every summer). Gorgeous layout, pristine conditon, lightly used, and well maintained every year. Comes with full warranty available to extend to you from Camping World. Bunkhouse sleeps 4 adults comfortably, plus dining table sleeps 2 and sofa converts to a large bed. Queen master bedroom with foam topper and plenty of storage. New bedding, sheets, pillows and decor included. Extra foam matress pads on all beds. It really is LIKE NEW condition because it was so lightly used.

The living space is very well layed out with a huge new TV recently installed and included. A very complete kitchen with a microwave, full fridge, and stove all in perfect condition. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils all included and lightly used - like NEW! Bathroom has a tub that works very well for kids and a full shower even for tall adults. Everything you see is included. Just pack your own s'mores supplies and you are ready to camp!

We are the original owners and have always fully winterized and done the 40 point full inspection with Camping World every year. Any regular maintenenace issues dealt with immediately. Always stored safely and protected.

Perfect awning and outdoor kitchen with a sink/griddle/fridge. The outdoor kitchen makes making pancakes and paninnis for lunch glorious. Comes with Weber BBQ Q Model that is also very new and just hooks up to the gas tanks on the camper. We love all the ourdoor cooking options that we have hardly used the stove. Even easy to use dishes inside.

Come swith EVERYTHING!!!! Septic hose, water hoses, leveling blocks, BBQ, bedding, sheets, pillows, dishes, art on the wall, TV, knives, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards - the list is endless! We have to honestly open all the cabinets and show you what is included! I couldn't even begin to show it all in the pictures.
