2019 Pre-Covid Thor Freedom Elite 22FE. Ford E-350 gas engine. 17,500 miles. 25' Great size for getting in and out of almost anywhere. We have owned it for almost 2 years, brought it up from FL to NH. Non-smokers. 1 bedroom slide with short queen. Tons of interior storage. Large exterior trunk plus 1 small rotocast storage compartment. Gas/Elec Fridge, Gas hot water heater. Interior is in extremely good condition. Awning is in good condition. Everything works. Generator with 93 hours on it. Has black tank flush. A/C works great, ice cold in such a small camper. Heat thermostat was replaced with a digital one. Things to point out (also shown in pics):
1. Slide topper could use replacement, we have used eternabond on it for now.
2. Bubble over the shower could use replacement also has eternabond on it for now. Doesn't leak.
3. A spider crack was discovered near top of ladder, patched with a piece of eternabond.
4. Inside the large storage compartment behind the tail light is a soft spot from the tail light leaking at one point. Tail lights were replaced.
5. Cab over window leaked during bad rains few months ago, but we sealed and no further leaks, wall is solid.
6. In cab over bunk, under TV, when cushion is removed, there is white paint (previous owner did so we don't know why). It's always been dry and solid, no issues.
