Only thing wrong with Motorhome is jackknife couch is flakeing and tearing, we were going to replace with double recliner loveseat but he got diagnosed and we decided to lower price so new owners could replace with their choice. Has automatic awning and self leveling jacks. AC was upgraded to a 15,000 and queen mattress was upgraded to a plush serta.
