Rare size Heartland Silverado for sale. Not too small, not too big. King size bed, dual ducted AC.
Very comfortable for two people. Sofa is queen size fold out bed if extra space needed. Hitch to bumper length is approximately 35 feet. This is a mechanically sound unit, with very low usage 10-12 ply RV tires. Exterior shows some wear, and has some small pitting in the paint that we have been told is a manufacture's defect and doesn't go into the fiberglass. It also has some exterior scratches/small dents. The interior is in very good condition. The couch has a cover because the original 'leather' is flaking off. It has an RV fridge, not a residential fridge, so will run on gas if no electric. We have a privacy screen for the awning, a bike rack, and a cover for the RV. Has upgraded 42" tv and hopper outdoor antenna.
Low blue book is 20,800.
