There are no plumbing issues. There are no detectable leaks. There is no mold growth or weird musty smells typical of older RVs. She has also always been a smoke-free home.

The RV comes with 6 brand new tires ($2K value), a fresh oil change, a newer battery replaced 2/2023, and updated jacks replaced 1/2022. There is also a Pioneer audio console with Bluetooth capabilities that was included when we bought her.
