Family owned since purchased off the lot. Upgraded solar and battery options. Still runs like a champ. Dry camping is no problem with the generator and/or solar. Just came back from a CA trip to Sequioas, towing our Jeep behind us, at 111 degrees outside! (see photo)

We also use it as a "guest house" here in Vegas, and our guests love staying in it.

All major engine and house components are in excellent working condition: Leveler jacks, generator, dashboard A/C, appliances, power outlets, house A/C and Heat, slide-out mechanics, water pump, backup camera, automatic step entry, etc. Propane works great for the heat, hot water heater, and even the fridge. Upgraded shut-off valves for Gray/Black dump stations. Good tires!

It is in great working condition! It passed Nevada smog test in February.

The reason we are not listing for $17-$20,000 is the overall wear on the unit-- all cosmetic details. Fading/weathering on the exterior, normal wear-n-tear on interior. One drawer is broken. Bathroom needs a new mirror. Outdated electronics have been removed (TVs, radios, coffee pot).

We still love this RV, but we were able to upgrade to newer model and no longer need this one. We believe it's worth more than $10,000, but are willing to sell it for that because of the overall age of the RV.

For out of town buyers: we are willing to send videos or do a Facetime meeting to answer any questions, start up the engine, inspect the components, etc.
