Brand new! We bought it thinking we would camp a few times and now wish we had bought something that can accomadate our 7 grandchildren. This camper is so cute! It has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower (seperate), a microwave, airconditioning, fridge, stove, heater. Very easy to pull.
