This unit is located in Scarborough, Maine
Clean & well maintained; parked at a seasonal site since purchase. (only used two seasons and not every weekend)

Theatre seating with heated seats, lights, massage. TV cable ready.
Electric fire place under tv for the cool nights. (actually does great to warm the camper)

Outdoor kitchen with decent sized fridge and small sink and pull out cook top (cook top never used).

2 awnings - 1 has only been extended about twice. The second awning was never used.
