It’s set up for our family, so:

• The mid bunk is set up as a kids' room with bunk beds, but the original love seat can be reinstalled.
• The toilet seat has a toddler insert. Can easily be replaced!
• The mattress in main bedroom will be removed before the sale.

Also, for peace of mind:

• Recent checkup/maintenance done July 2023 (including suspension, bearings repacked, etc. checked out and cleared)
• Roof checked out and resealed in June 2023
