This travel trailer has set in one spot more than it has traveled. My wife and I bought it from the original owners and have been the only ones that have ever used it. It is like new in every aspect. All features work like new. It is equiped with the glacier package which means the ceiling, walls, and floor has extra insulation in them and the underside of the camper has no exposed piping. It has 2 30 gallon propane tanks that will run the heat, water heater, and refrigerator if necessary. It also has a power hitch installed and the jacks & canopy are also electric. The entry door has an electric lock installed that has a code feature and two fobs with it. Plenty of storage in and outside the trailer. Bathroom is perfect size and shower is great especially if you are a bigger guy like me. Plenty of room. For the asking price, I will leave the receiving hitch, sway bars and brake that I have with it along with other things that I will no longer need.
