We are the original owners and kept it well maintained. 12 1/2ft garage with bunk beds that lift to the ceiling for hauling. We hauled an older RZR 4 seater and it fit. Please verify your measurement. This has been a great unit, but we no longer have the toys. Would consider a trade for a bunkhouse model. Delivery is possible.
