Description
28 foot privately owned motorhome for sale. I am the second owner. Motorhome was originally from southern California so that means no rust! It's a good mid-sized motorhome. Fits in a lot of spaces that the big boys can't. I've been back and forth from California to Tennessee three times, visited 17 states, along the way, plus lots of camping trips to the desert in SoCal. It has served me well. I'm done motor-homing so it's time to sell.
Lots of extras:
New top of the line Shade Pro Awning. Installed 2023
Back up camera
Side mirror cameras
Two new 39" Toshiba TVs (bought new in 2022)
600 watt Alpine amp and subwoofer. Stereo booms!
Clean memory foam mattress in master bedroom. Bought new in 2022. Hardly used.
New motor and gears for the Kwikstep stairs.
Lots of storage space.
Paint is in good shape (full body paint, no decals)
Everything works, no leaks.
Mechanical upgrades:
Kelly Armorsteel Tires. Manufactured in 2020.
EEZ-Tire TPMS
Roadmaster sway bars front and rear.
Roadmaster steering stabilizer.
Supersteer rear track bar
Sumo-springs front and rear
Amsoil oil bypass filter system
5000 pound towing capacity
Disclaimers:
There is a rock ding in the windshield. I drove around with it for three years and it never spread, but I finally had it professionally epoxied at Jack Morris Auto Glass in Memphis.
Drivers seat needs re-upholstering.
The oil pressure light comes on randomly due to a bad connection somewhere. It's been doing this since I bought the motorhome in 2020. The oil pressure is perfect. I tested it with a Matco oil pressure gauge I borrowed from a mechanic buddy. I tried replacing the oil pressure sending unit twice but that didn't fix it. I took it to MHC Ford in Memphis, and paid them a bunch of money to tell me the oil pressure is perfect, which I already knew, because I had already tested it with the Matco gauge. However they didn't fix the problem. I don't think they even tried to diagnose it.
I installed an Autometer Oil Pressure Gauge for peace of mind. When the engine is warmed up, the oil pressure runs 25 psi at idle and 50-65 psi with the motor revving. See photos.
Bank has the title. Serious buyers only.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Please check your junk or spam email folders if you have inquired and did not get a response from me. I recently discovered that every inquiry from potential buyers, and every response back from me, ends up in both of our junk or spam email folders.
Also, this motorhom is located in Arlington TN, 38002.
