Hub & brake drums, brakes all new bearings- installed a Lippert 6 point self leveling system - added 1 more battery so now i have 2 from interstate - trailer air ride 5 th wheel pin box - Lippert 1116- 21,000 - updated toilet and all faucets - pleated shades on all windows - added a air unit in toy hauler area- installed new carbon monoxide & propane detector - tuned up generator [ Onan ] with new fuel pump & filter - added toy hauler extension on door - has 30 gallon fuel tank - new antenna [ CA-2500w/b - custom made king bed matteress plus foam topper- grill & propane tank - extra mini fridge and cabinet in toy hauler area - updated both tv's - counter top extension - outside camera front and back. No water damage - exterior is a 9 rating and inside interior is a 10 rating - awing is in perfect shape. Everthing works perfectly.
