It is in good condition. everything works however the awning materal on the main "front" awning needs to be replaced due to wind damage this past year. For safey reasons I do recommend that the bearings get repacked before a sizeable trip. It has been two years since it was done. All water line waste lines and electric lines and water line heater are included.
