We are selling to put funds towards purchasing a home. RV is very open and spacious with dual slide outs in the main living area.

Replaced Navigation system/radio system a couple months ago. Now has a newer, larger model than before. There are a couple scratches on the screen which have not affected functionality. The navigation system has rear (backup) and side view cameras.

Keypad locking mechanism on entry door was replaced last summer. New tires summer of 2022. Tires and brakes were just checked last month and are in good shape.

Generator currently has 323 hours. Generator was just serviced and a new fuel pump was put in. Bigfoot leveling system makes leveling the RV a breeze. We had it serviced recently. There are seatbelts for 8. Two up front (full seatbelts), two lap belts in the couch and 4 lap belts at the dinette. They are under the seat cushions. Couch folds out into a sleeper sofa, dinette also becomes a sleeping area. RV can comfortably sleep 6 or more if there are small children. We have kept a mattress protector on the over cab sleeping area and the queen mattress in the back. Contact us with any questions.

There are 2 tv monitors, RV does have a tow hitch. Will come with most bedding and possibly towels if wanted along with some of the kitchen items.

Instant hot water heater has been a nice feature. We had it serviced this spring.

We have taken good care of this RV and have serviced it when needed. RV house batteries may need to be replaced soon. We have a winter cover for the RV that is still in the box. Two sets of driving keys, keys for the side entry door and for all exterior storage areas.We are the second owner. The first owner took excellent care of the RV as well.

A few cosmetic things from use but otherwise quite clean.
