This trailer is designed for four season camping with heavy duty frame, thermal pane windows, triple-layer roof insulation, heated and insulated underbelly and insulation wrapped holding tanks. XL furnace for extreme camping. Trekk flooring and 2" bonded aluminum frame walls. 2 batteries and 2 propane tanks. 80 gallon fresh water tank and 40 gallon each for gray and black water. The kitchen and bathroom have separate 40-gallon gray water tanks. Combined with the 40 gallons of black tank capacity gives you extended time in the wilderness. Everything works as it should, no surprises! Maintenance has been kept up meticulously. Tires, brakes, and bearings are good to go! The fridge/freezer work flawlessly on electric or propane.

Heavy duty suspension package. Tires are 2021, Brakes replaced this year. All seals are perfect and have been maintained well. Roof and sides were resealed in 2022. We have camped comfortably in the snow and extreme heat and appreciate the quality construction, insulation and attention to detail in this ORV trailer. We like this floorplan especially for the kitchen in the back as it feels like you have more space when dining and sofa are across from eachother. The 8" mattress is super comfortable. Just the right size for a couple and perhaps a critter or two. This trailer is super clean and all features in good working order. Located near Plymouth, MN
