We have owned this camper for 7 years. It has been to Nashville and Yosemite. It is very clean and well maintained. I am including a $700 Equalizer 4 hitch. The tires are in excellent condition. Modified front under storage space to go all the way through for fantastic storage. Upgraded the A/C to work with a digital thermostat. Resealed roof this spring. Wheels have been regreased every year. Welded 2" hitch receiver installed. Did have a water leak in the front bed door 2 years ago. I found that the bottom seam was leaking. Fixed the issue and hasn't leaked since. I put a new battery in last year. All the inside lights have been changed out to LED's. It is ready for camping. We bought a new one for my retirement gift.
