Super clean all-original **one owner** 40 foot diesel pusher by Country Coach. 400hp Caterpillar C9 (pre-def!) rear diesel engine with side radiator & exhaust brake. Onan 7500 Quiet Diesel generator with 505 hours. Alison transmission, Power Gear auto-leveling system, 8-bag air suspension rides like a dream on the famous steel DynoMax chassis. 3 AC units! Coach spent most of its life in the southwest and in covered storage when not on trips. No accidents, never lived in, no pets, never smoked in. All new tires in 2022, all new batteries (coach and start) in April 2023.

Interior is the Genoa configuration and is in great original shape, was very well cared for. No remodeling has taken place, all original wood finishes. Windshield is perfect. Splendide washer/dryer combo in bedroom. Everything has been deep cleaned recently. Only known issue is that one or more of the front room fluorescent light bulbs needs replacing (flickers sometimes), and the dash AC is weak (needs a charge).

Exterior is a 7/10 with a couple scratches and small dings as well as the common fiberglass split near the bedroom slide corner (has been sealed). Clear coat is in surprisingly good shape with only a few breaks on top cap and bumper. Basement bay doors are all functional but a couple could use a strut adjustment for height.

I purchased this rig from the original owner with the intentions of remodeling the interior and updating but life threw us a curveball and we aren't able to follow through on our traveling plans. It just made the 2000 mile trip from AZ to the Chicago area with zero issues. Had a diesel technician come give it a full inspection and everything passed. We have not camped it as I mentioned, but the original owner had a few trips on it last year.

For those that know Country Coach know this was one of the most highly regarded coaches of their time. I have all the original documentation, full owners manuals, etc. This rig cost $270,000 in 2005.
