1971 Dodge Avco, 413-1 CID engine. The 28 foot Grand Lodge. An amazing ONLY 22,500 miles or so! Runs and drives great. All 7 new tires. New shocks. Newer exhaust. Newer brakes. New fuel pump and filter. New backup video camera. Headlights, brake lights, signal lights, etc, all good. Frame and everything underneath in excellent shape.
Waterproof.the whole body is basically a one piece fiberglass shell, which is about as good as it gets for keeping the rain from coming in. It will never have the common leaking roof issues of newer tiny homes and RVs.
Original range and oven are incredibly clean and work like new. Refrigerator is not original but clean and works like new. Auxiliary generator has been replaced, but is not connected.
Sleeps 6 adults, 2 in front and 4 in rear with an accordion room divider.
Bathroom with toilet/sink/shower, and closet storage.
Convenient storage areas throughout. Original bunks, sofas, carpet (main floors are updated Pergo wood style). original swivel captains chairs, speakers, electric and lighting.
Some TLC needed: Will need a new water heater and furnace for winter camping or use as Tiny Homethe engine heater does work and blows strong. Cold water lines tested good. Ceiling lights will turn on briefly but have a short causing a fuse to pop and turn them back off.
