*SALE PENDING* 41.75 ft. in length with 5 power retractable slideouts. Includes 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a new never used outdoor kitchen with TV. New toliet and water pump. The shower in the master bathroom cracked on the floor. We placed a patch on it however the shower pan will most likely need to be replaced at some point. The microwave also works fine but still runs (just the fan) when the door is closed so it needs to be repaired or a new microwave. Everything else works great. The RV includes all weather package.
The water heater runs on either propane or electric. The propane heater works excellent in cold weather. Also has an electric fireplace in the living room area. Double-door fridge with 2 freezer drawers on bottom. It has two AC units that work great. All windows have black out blinds with tinted windows throughout the interior. The exterior has 2 entry doors, one 17 ft. awning with led lighting, and plenty of exterior lighting. 2 leather recliners and a leather sofa that turns into a bed. Queen bed in the master with a bunkroom. Lots of storage space. Our family lived in this 5th wheel while building our home.
