Price just lowered to sell! This 5th wheel is in beautiful condition. We have owned it for the past two years. Prior to that the dealer had used it for a few trips, but it was in "like brand new" condition. We have used it a handful of times. We've discovered 5th wheeling isn't for us. It is a very comfortable unit. We especially enjoyed the two recliners with massage/heat and lights options. The 40" fireplace made it cozy on cool nights. The two sofa's gave us plenty of room when we had famly for visiting and sleeping. There are 3 TV's. The living room is a large 50" LED. Bedroom is 32" LED. There is also one in the outside compartment, so that you can enjoy your shows outside under the 18' awning. The king size bed and huge closet were pluses for us. There is plenty of storage. We didn't hook up washer/dryer, but there is availability for that. The kitchen has plenty of space with a pantry, 20" oven, 3 burner stove, and microwave and a central island with sink and dishwasher. There is so much space in this unit, including lots of storage space. We really liked the large residental fridge/freezer too. For being 1st time 5th wheel owners, the auto-leveling made set up and take down a breeze. Two air conditioners made it easy to control temps in front and back. If you're looking for a 5th wheel, this could be the perfect one. Very clean and has had very little use.
