First, I am only selling this to help buy our retirement home. I have removed the F450 truck for sale for those that were interested in it.

This Fifth Wheel is in near perfect condition. It would be perfect with new tires since it is at the 5-year mark, but I estimate the trailer has less than 10k miles traveled. The original Goodyears tires still look nearly brand new. I purchased the trailer last FEB from a veteran in the Houston Area, he had it in a nice climate-controlled building all its life. He had taken it to Orlando and several short trips around his area, but that was about its time out of the building. The remainder was spent under cover, and it shows when you see the fifth wheel in person.

The only upgrades I did to the DRV: Put two new La-Z-Boy recliners in to match the hide-away bed couch, new king mattress and new Lippert Solid Step Stairs.
