Kitchen has 3 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, 10 cu ft wood faced refrigerator/freezer with ice maker; pull out pantry, double sink with filtered water faucet & Corian counter tops.

Dining area provides an expandable table with four chairs.

Spacious living area has abundant overhead storage, a recliner and queen pullout sofa. (Flexsteel leather)

Bedroom has queen island bed, lots of overhead storage, wardrobe closet, reading lights, comfy chair with pullout footrest, and built in desk and office chair.

Bathroom has sink with mirror/storage, large shower with skylight, and separate toilet room.

It had been sitting for quite a while when we bought it. A leak in the ceiling vent caused damage to the ceiling. The ceiling cloth and wood were replaced in the living/kitchen area. We have replace the bathroom lights and skylight. The flooring in the restroom was replaced due to a leaking toilet gasket. All three slide-outs and awnings were replaced. The tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. All batteries were replaced. Mechanically the RV is in good shape. It has less than 6,000 orignal miles on it. It started immediately after the new batteries were put in place. We had it serviced and brake ABS sensors replaced. The onboard generator works great and is very quiet. All furniture is like new. The compressor and dryer have been replaced on the cab A/C; but it still isn't cooling as it should. Both camper A/C units work great.
