**This mobile home needs a new roof** It’s Clean and everything works. Includes a couch, queen size bed, closet, generator, fridge, furnace, stove, microwave,new awning in 2021, new front brakes, new entertainment system with Bluetooth and android connectivity, 2 tv’s, sleeps about 7 total - 5 comfortably. As mentioned there is a roof leak, New skylight was installed there is damage to ceiling panels and to one cabinet. Some slight delaminating on the passenger side cabover.
