Lazy Daze RVs have been built to order and sold only direct from the factory in Pamona, California since 1956. Construction uses high quality materials-- aluminum airplane panels on sides and overhead (not with EPDM rubber or other easily damaged materials) and painted with un-fading polyurethane enamel. They have no slide-outs, which improves safety, quiets the ride, and eliminates a major maintenance problem. The well-built wood cabinets can be maintained with furniture oil…no junky hinges or hardware. Lazy Daze have wonderful wide windows throughout.

This rare Lazy Daze Island Bed model is a very reliable RV that will give you a smooth quiet ride. The Ford Triton V10 has a Banks Powerpack that provides remarkable power—even at 8,000 feet and 60 mph punching the gas delivers surprising acceleration. The walk-around queen bed has a new custom-made mattress. The sofa and chairs are comfortable and in excellent shape. This smoke-free cozy RV has been well maintained, has no odors, leaks, mold, or rot anywhere. Several thousand dollars in upgrades in 2022-2023 have made this trustworthy and ready to take across America.

We bought it in 2021 to explore wonderful locations in New Mexico, Arizona, and California. We also took it on a long cross-country trip to the east. It has served us well and we are selling it because our travel plans for the next few years are to places we need to fly. We are the third owners. The original owners had it for 18 years and kept detailed maintenance records, as well as manuals for the RV and all of its accessory equipment. The second owners kept it for three years until their family no longer planned camping trips. They reported a minor engine overhaul including a new head gasket. We have owned it since 2021 and have complete maintenance records. Repairs in the past two years include:

The RV has a large capacity house battery and a solar charging system that has been sufficient to run all DC equipment all night. It has a 55-gallon gas tank, 35-gallon gray water tank, and 28-gallon black water tank. It is great for dry camping as well as staying in campgrounds with hook ups. All interior lights are LEDs. There is ample storage inside the RV and in the outside under-the-floor compartments. Manual awnings on all windows. At 26 feet, it can get into most campgrounds and National Parks.
