1984 Prevost XL40 non slide with rare bath and a half floorplan. Recent service on 8V92 engine and Universal generator. New sleep number queen bed. Mileage may increase as it is still in use.  We’ve owned it for a year and there wasn’t much info provided.  It does have Prevost drawings and converter drawings. It is a Royal conversion.  Tires are 12R22.5 and 2018 date stamped but have receipt from previous owner on 2021 install.  Leveling and air bags are functional and in good shape per inspection at CJ Bus in Bloomington MN. Installed MaxxAir fan with remote and 2 new bath fans.  Roof has no issues but I don’t know when it was redone.  All 3 Cruise Air’s work well and cool the bus efficiently.  We spent last winter in it down south and recently took for trip to Memphis with no issues.  Selling because our focus has shifted to boating and we don’t want to leave her sit.
