We purchased this RV in October of 2021 off the lot from Unlimited RV and lived in it for a few months with no issues. The only miles on it are the ones put on when we had it delivered just over 100 miles. We have used it on our property off and on this year and used all appliances (except the outdoor grill, sink, shower, and oven) and all features. It has served us well in all weather conditions, including -30*F winter and 100*F+ summer and we were comfortable with the propane heat furnace, electric fireplace and two AC units. There are a few minor blemishes in the paint on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, otherwise everything is in good working condition. There is a large amount of storage in every room including a kitchen pantry, master bedroom closet, utility/washer&dryer closet, and under the bed storage. It is in great condition and very clean, ready for the next owner!
