This is a really nice unit with some modifications and just a little wear and tear.
We have made modifications to this unit for longer term living. My family of 4 lived and traveled in this unit for about a year. The outdoor kitchen has been replaced with a washer and dryer, this was professionally done by Dufourfun RV in Leeds Alabama. The washer and dryer do about half a normal load but it was enough to keep up with what we generated. The water heater has been upgraded to on demand/tankless so endless hot water. The interior doors to the bedrooms have been replaced with vinyl accordian doors, the pantry door has been replaced with a curtain. The doors were always in the way. The quality of the built in couches and tables was poor and we valued the room more so we removed them and replaced them with Ikea couches and a folding table, you will need folding chairs for the dining table. This unit was used as a home office after we moved into our home. Everything works as it should and maintenance was performed along the way on anything that needed fixing. Dufourfun in Alabama sealed the rear slide which did have a leak thus the carpet being different. There was no damage just some mildew on the carpet. The TV is a 43in lighweight Vizio smart tv with remote.
I am including a brand new outdoor grill with proper hose for connecting to the outdoor gas line near washer and dryer. Hundreds of dollars in extras included: 2 sets of wheel chocks, 25ft heavy duty ext cord for 120v hook up, wheel locks that go between the wheels to stabilize, plastic pads for jacks, winterization pump, slide stabilizers, 2 water hoses 1 for potable 1 for flushing, sewer line accordian and nearly new sewer line, jumper cables, solar lights for campsite and Curt weight distribution hitch and sway control.
Camper is surprisingly easy to tow and relatively light weight.

Price is adjusted for modifications and condition. There a few blemishes, wall is patched in 2 spots in living room buit they blend in well, there are some tears on the floor taped down with Gorilla tape where something caught in the slide as it was going in or out but the tears are small, maybe 2 inches in length and blend in pretty well. There is light wear and tear but everything works well and there's nothing that needs fixing. Camper is 100% ready to go right now. We have enjoyed the camper tremendously, the interior space is huge, it stays warm in winter and cool in summer and is very comfortable.
