RV is in fantastic condition, all systems are in good working order. Residential style refrigerator inside and a dorm style refrigerator outside. Slide toppers were added to 3 of the 4 slide outs, we never got to adding the 4th topper. Suspension was upgraded to a wet bolt system and rides fantastic, new Goodyear Endurance tires in 2023. Includes automatic six point leveling system.

Interior recently updated in 2023, valances removed and new shear curtains were added. Currently the bunk in the mid-bunk room has been removed, we chose not to use it. Can be reinstalled and will be included in the sale, brand new.

Matress in master bedroom was replaced with a new eronomic comfortable mattress.

Outdoor underside lighting was added, along with modifcations to the interior TV cabinet, swing out door was added to increase storage. Great functioning fireplace with multi-color display.

Small spot of damage on the floor in the kitchen area, this happened when the dealer replaced the refrigerator under warranty when the unit was new.

Accessories such as power cords, blackstone, sewer hoses, chairs, water hoses, leveling blocks, TPMS system are all negotiable for an additional fee.

We're seeking to purchase a vacation home and will not have use for the fifth-wheel. Our family has enjoyed this unit tremendously.
