Glacier package, one slide-out with awning, 14' awning over the door, new AC unit fall of 2022, new queen sized mattress and storage under the bed, sleeper couch with storage underneath, heavy duty wooden table with 4 heavy duty wooden chairs with storage, 1 very comfortable rocker/recliner that fits tall person, fridge/hot water heater is gas/electric, electric jacks front and rear. 80% tread on tires. Owned since 2015, exterior waxed, roof conditioned and cleaned every year. Kept in shed when not in use. Very easy to pull and maintain. Is half-ton towable.
