My Springdale is in real good shape, and has been well maintained. I am selling it because it is time for me to move up to a 5th wheel. The floors in the main living space have been upgraded to life proof planks. And I added stained wood molding around the perimeter of the floors to give it a more finished look. The bunk room and master have brand new high grade carpet. The roof was recoated about 3 years ago. The outside metal paneling is in great condition. There are some decals that are pealing. Comes with a spare tire. AC blows very cold, and I have not had to add any coolant. Propane heater supplies more than enough heat for the cold winters. The refrigerator, freezer is awesome. I love the ability to run it off of electric and propane. This layout is spacious and comfortable. Great camper all around.
