Description
We're the second owners of this comfortable RV. It's about as close to an apartment as you can get but with more storage. Solid surface counter tops and real Maple cabinetry is good looking and durable. Storage space is fantastic. You get a full "basement" with outside access. The bedroom has hanging closets the full width of the back with additional spaces at both ends. Under the window there's dresser drawers plus a cabinet of shelves sitting on top. Cabinets over the head of the bed and 2 bedside units give loads of options. And storage space under the bed is huge. Up front turn the driver's and passenger's seat to face rearward and the living space is big. The eating space is a kitchen-style table of solid maple and includes a stowable leaf. We're including our countertop Breville toaster oven with the purchase. It's big enough for frozen pizza and some serious cooking. The kitchen counter space is big for an RV, with a swing up extension, sink covers and a hinged cover over the range. Storage takes advantage of every space and has a full height pull out pantry. The home style hutch adds a lot more square footage too. Newmar designed the bathroom area very well. The sink is ample and we've upgraded to a residential faucet with a pivoting arm. The shower is 36 x 36 with a skylight window. We upgraded the shower head to a nice efficient nozzle with hose and shut off to make the most of the hot water which regenerates quite well on propane. Notice the separate toilet room with power vent. Also look at the doors on both ends of the bath area for privacy from the bedroom and/or living space. The closet that shares this space has a hanging rod as well as hookups for a washer/dryer. You'll appreciate that the two air conditioners are controlled as two zones with separate thermostats and the cold air flows through ducts built into the ceiling. Furnace is ducted through the floor. Mechanically this unit is sound. Under 49,000 miles and running synthetic motor oil and synthetic transmission fluid all it's life it has many miles left to go. Tires are in good shape. Brakes and rotors on all four corners were replaced after our last long trip. Engine and house batteries are recent and still strong. The generator can run both AC units and has very, very low hours on it. The rear view camera is updated to a color unit. We are also selling our low mileage Kia Sportage 4wd, all set up for towing along. See photo. If interested we will get you details and price.
