This RV has been used for 4 times only, and towed less than 1,000 miles. ( probably more if you include the delivery from factory to dealership)
This all but brand new 5th wheel is very cozy & comfy!! Rear living area with tri-fold couch, theater seating across from the entertainment center and cozy fireplace. Meals can be prepared indoors using the 3 burner range, oven or microwave oven. Change it up and cook outside on the portable grill that attaches to the unit and has quick connect for gas. While using the outdoor grill you also have access to a mini fridge along with storage space for your grilling items. Also located in this area is plug ins along with USB charging stations. Inside kitchen area features an 8 cu.ft fridge gas or electric. Along with a kitchen island that features a beautiful stainless steel sink with matte black faucet and pull out sprayer. Soft close drawers etc TV can be hooked up outside and enjoyed over the marine grade speakers while sitting under your 15 ft electric awning with LED lights. The front of this unit has built in lighting which can be turned on to spice things up a bit!!!! Some other features are 2 a/c units, 6 gallon hot water tank powered by electric or gas. Gas is supplied via 2 30lb propane tanks. You can load up with 81 gallons of water in your fresh water tank for boondocking accompanied with a 75.5 gallon grey water & 43 gallon black water tanks. This RV has the luxury package which gives you the ability to operate the slides,awning, leveling system, air-conditioning, heating, lights, hot water tank and fresh water pump all from the included Jaycommand tablet or your smart phone. Using the same devices you can check all of your tank levels including the status of your batteries. Exterior shield was purchased from dealer and applied by dealer. This extra cost provides excellent protection from harmful uv rays, road salt and debri along with de icing products keeping your paint fresh and bright for years to come. Safety glass tinted windows are accompanied by black out shades on the interior. You have the option of changing mattresses between a queen or king whichever you prefer!!!!!
