Full disclosure:

• There was some trim damage on the driver's side upper corner, due to a tree limb. We have patched it and have had zero issues.
• There were repairs made in 2022 after a tire blow-out on the passenger side. All tires have now been upgraded (June 2023), so that should not happen again.
• There are two places on the floor where there are scratches.
• There have been pets in the unit (no smoking ever)
