This is a one owner unit, used by an adult couple. Never any children. This travel trailer has never been smoked in. It is in excellent condition and meticulously cared for. Stored in pole barn 7 months of the year. We have washed and waxed it routinely. New Goodyear Endurance tires with less then 500 miles on them. This unit was never taken on 'trips'. It was used as a destination trailer for weekend camping.

We added a Maxxair vent fan in the kitchen for a total of 3 (all with remote controls). We purchased an upgraded mattress from Love My Mattress and there is a 3" gel topper on it as well. Everything works as you would expect. It is truly turn key. There is a 5000 BTU electric fireplace. The furnace is 35,000 BTU gas. The air conditioner unit is a Mach by Coleman. The hot water heater is 10 gallons and runs on electricity and/or propane. There is an onboard battery charger and the 6 volt batteries are brand new (8/23).

There is a superslide that houses the dinette and the sofa. The smaller slide is in the bedroom for the clothing storage ward.

The trailer is 10' 11" tall and will fit into many smaller opening barns and garages. Grey water holding is 40 gallons for the kitchen tank and 40 gallons for the bathroom holding tank. The black tank holds 40 gallons also.

We have all original documentation and owners manuals.

If you see this trailer in person, you will be impressed with how well my wife and I have cared for it. We loved every minute of ownership as it was our 2nd Nash Industries product. We are moving up to a 5th wheel for our upcoming retirement.
