Air conditioner/heat pump: 110V Dometic KoolKat Furnace: Suburban propane, automatic, 16,000 BTU. Water heater: Suburban propane, 6 gal tank with bypass, 12,000 BTU. Enclosed bathroom with sink, Thetford toilet, sit-down shower, exhaust fan and two doors.Back and side chassis doors have custom fitted zip in screens.Fan-Tastic 12V power roof vent with thermostat. LED and fluorescent interior lighting. Generator: Cummins Onan MicroLite gas, 2.8KW. Carburetor and fuel pump replaced by Onan Cummins dealer in 2022. Exercised monthly and running well at all elevations.Utility hookups: 30 amp 27’ shore power cable, city water connection, cable TV connection. EMS unit included with 30amp cord and a 30a to 20a “dog bone” for hookup at home.Auxiliary batteries: two AGM 6V sealed deep cycle, 220 amp-hrs, exterior access. Installed in 2018. NON SMOKER! Surround sound head end unit and the sub-woofer were removed however all wall speakers and wiring harness is intact. TV replaced in 2022 with 120/12v with integral DVD player. House batteries and propane appliances work very well dry camping for a week at a time. Recent travels through Wyoming the propane lasted 4 weeks powering refrigerator, stove, and morning furnace. Batteries show little draw (but I don’t use a lot of lights inside).All records and manuals available.
