Description
2021 Grand Design Reflection 367BHS 2nd A/C upgrade currently in Chambersburg, PA. 1 Owner No lien. Original MSRP $72,000. Upgraded to Samsung Residential Fridge RF18A5101 that comes in the Solitude that have a residential fridge. Uses less amps on the power system and has 2-3 times the storage. The 12cu ft that came with it malfunctioned twice in the first 6 months and instead of replacing it with the same we decided to use it as on opportunity to upgrade. When we had the new one put in we found the manufacturer didn’t box frame in the back of the fridge and it overheated. The entire fridge compartment is now sealed and insulated. Upgraded to a True Induction 2 burner cooktop. I contacted the manufacturer and had them match the countertop and make a custom cutting board countertop to go over the induction to look stock and way more counterspace. No electrical issues over any breakers running everything at once. We added a Splendide WDV2200XCD Washer/Dryer combo and upgraded the bed to a Brooklyn Bedding Queen mattress. EZ Snap winter skirting kit included. Vinyl cut into 4 panels and labeled and all snaps are installed. Cost $2200 plus install. Easy on/off for winter camping. All maintenance and repairs kept up to date. No leaks, no damage. A/C’s maintenance and roof inspected in the last 2 months. Have a portable water softner and conditioner if needed at the campground you stay. We did water tests at the 3 parks we stayed at and 1 needed it for hard water to protect the plumbing. Bunkhouse has a convertible chair that folds out to a bed and a gaming chair & the 42” TCL Roku TV that came with the RV in the living room. Upgraded the TV in the living room to a 50” Vizio and the bedroom has a 42” Visio. Made some modifications to the living room area. I work remotely and originally used the dining table as a desk. The only downside is I removed the couch at the end of the RV to accommodate my home office so I could be near the back window and our beautiful view! The upgrades far outweigh that in my opinion but priced to accommodate if you wanted to add a couch back. Original plan was to buy a 4 seat recliner for the slide where there is the 2 seat recliner is but that was the only upgrade I didn’t make it to. I encourage you to look up the manufacturer’s specs and all they have in it. Enclosed underbelly, heated basement, lots of storage, Compass Connect app for your phone/tab, auto leveling, Wingard 360, LP Connect for outdoor kitchen compartment, etc.
