We are getting out of the camping life due to no time with both kids now involved with Highschool and Travel Sports. Roof maintenance 3 times a year,
I have re-siliconed almost everything preventively. Camper is always connected to Shore power and has a de-humidifier running 24/7 inside. Awning is mold/dirt free. All systems function properly. Fridge Propane/Electric. Water heater Propane/Electric. Heat works perfectly, Both AC Units Ice Cold. Outdoor fridge and cooktop work great. Range, Microwave. Slide out mechanism and seals regularly lubed. Home defense used constantly to keep bugs out. Always been stored right in our driveway

Issues:
Water Damage was discovered in Pass-Threw storage, I cut it out and replaced floor and now is stronger and waterproofed underside. (pictured) Also found where water was coming in and fixed it

Outdoor light above sewer connection doesn't work. (Never cared to diagnose) will look into it this weekend.

Stereo Bluetooth feature doesn't really work, music is distorted, but AUX cord works to use your phone.

Awning collapsed once, I fixed with OEM Arms that broke but you can still see where the arm broke though bottom of the other arm (pictured) Awning still works as brand new with zero issues.

This is a great Travel Trailer and I have taken great care of it, you won't be disappointed!
