Although our Impression is a 2018 model, we purchased it new in early 2020.

It is 30.7 feet long, 12.7 feet high, and 8 feet wide. 

This year (2023) we replaced the AC with a different, more powerful 15,000 BTU unit. The kitchen ceiling exhaust fan is also new this year. We added struts to cabinets that didn't have any. One set of struts in a bedroom cabinet need to be replaced.


It is very clean and working great. We have enjoyed wonderful family trips to the UP, Northern Minnesota and The Dells. On rainy or super hot days, our family of 13 gathered in our 5th wheel for meals, playing games and general shenanigans.

The automatic leveling is a wonderful feature as are the magnetic door catches on all outdoor compartments.

The unit works best with 50 amp hookup.

6 gallon water tank, propane or electric. We have never run out of hot water.

Surround sound Furrion stereo inside and the outside stereo units are clear and loud!

There is pre-wiring for an additional AC unit, Cable, Heat, and Satellite.

The automatic furnace is 35,000 BTU's.
