My finance’ and I own a 2018 Roadtrek Simpliciy SRT on a Ram 2500 with 19,800 miles. We live 15 miles North of Salem, Oregon. We are both getting older and are having health challenges which is causing us to sell our RV. I have recently had a Ram Dealership do an oil change, thorough inspection, and address any recalls.Rear bench seat converts to queen bed. House battery may run off grid for 1-3 days depending on usage. Engine can recharge house batteries on road. Has 30 amp connector for campsites or easily adapts to 120. Kitchen: flip-up counter, 2 burner propane stove, microwave, large electric refrigerator with freezer, under sink storage, pull out pantry, and lots of extra storage. Wet bath toilet with sink and shower. On demand water heater, 37 gal fresh water, 22.8 gal grey, & 9.8 gal black. RV is in excellent condition: gets around 16-18 mpg on reg gas. All window coverings included and in good condition--- creating dark and private conditions. Has a large awning, contains a rear TV with a cable/antenna connection and a DVD player. Lights, electrical outlets & USB chargers are everywhere. Very ample cabin furnace and ac units run on digital control unit in rear of RV. Why ours is unique: Small roof top solar panel to trickle charge the house battery, Trailor hitch, 5100 lbs tow capacity, for longer trips 3’ X 5’ basket and swivel hitch included to gain access to back of RV (with added water resistant lining and 2 lg containers to achieve more storage, if desired), all silver ware, dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, bedding, first-aid kit, tool kit, RV essentals ( 120 volt adapter, water hose and new filter, 50’ TV cable, etc.) ALL IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION!!
