We are the 2nd owners of this Mini. We purchased from Berryland Campers in Hammond, La in 2021 with the purpose of wanting a well built camper to go long distances on long summer roadtrips with our girls! We have taken Mini all the way to Wyoming and back, Gatlinburg, Gulf State Park, and other small campgrounds around our area. Mini has been exceptional for our last two years of travel. We have never had any issues , and was the greatest home away from home on our long, roadtrip camping trips. My girls are now in competition gym, and we need to let our camper go to a new home. Dinette and couch have the typical wear and tear. I covered couch with a couch cover. Front kitchen window has been replaced due to a rock shattering it - no issues since replacement. Recent assessment by two local Rv shops showed roof in good standing. A small area of bubbling on the front fiberglass was found during this time, but no internal damage that the shops found. Weve never had internal leaks. Rv shop professionally resealed the whole camper. Have that paperwork to show if needed. Tires have never needed to be changed since weve owned the camper - and unsure of when previous owners changed them. We currently keep camper under an RV tarp cover with frequent uncovering to check everything. We tried our best to keep camper in good condition. We priced camper at what we currently owe for a quick sell. We financed through our credit union. Gym Competition season is upon us and we need to focus our finances on that at this point. A quick search of this RV model and year showed our pricing well below market value. Hoping another family will love Mini just as much as we have. Please email with further questions!
