We're selling our one owner Jayco Octane 222. This thing has been meticulously maintained and has brand new tires, brakes and batteries. The bearings were repacked last fall. Everything is functional and this thing is ready for the road. It is half ton towable, in fact we towed it for our first season with a Toyota Sequoia, then upgraded to an F150. We were (are) a husband and wife competition BBQ team and we kept great care of it. The couches and hopper bed have basically never been used and are like new. New rips, tears, stains, etc. We swapped out the mattress topper when we bought it, so the one that you see in the photos is also like new. The bathroom is more roomy than you'd think for a trailer this size. Lots of storage inside, and we added a storage box to the front hitch area for all the outside essentials. 18 foot power awning is in good condition. The roof is solid, no leaks. The AC works great.
