Bought it and paid $25000 cash for it. Lived in it for a year while house was being built. Added second air conditioner a year and half ago. Fresh batteries 3 months ago. Everything works as it should. Has a queen pillow top mattress. Tripod hitch stabilizer. Water sewer and electric hook ups. Now for the bad part, we bought it knowing it had a soft spot in the floor. I marked it in one of the pictures with red tape. There seems to be some areas on outside that are pitting. I took pictures of these areas so you can see them. It doesn't hurt the functionality of the camper but it is not aesthetically appeasing.
