This is a very clean and well cared for unit. Oil, and filters freshley changed. House batteris new last year.has 2 tvs 1 is hoohed up with satalite tailgater with walley box (DISH) 6 gal. hot water tank, elect/gasworks correctly. Refrigerator elec/gas very cold. Sorround sound stereo inside/and outside awnings on all 3 slide outs, as well as main awning (MANUEL). FURNACE WORKS as it should.
Rides and drives very well.
Roof has been resealed last fall. NO LEAKS.
Ducted air cond, works well.
Had a new step motor installed last year. All floors are laminate.
