This is a 30-amp, all-weather coach travel trailer with Northwest Package which has extra insulation (roof and underbelly) & tinted windows; 6 attached stabilizer jacks; electric nose jack; reliable batteries & tires; two front propane tanks with cover.

Since this is a Northwood Arctic, it was manufactured well and is in great shape for its age. This year’s outside seal check will be up to new owner :) Unit does not leak. This has been a very reliable, sturdy unit and just has normal wear and tear, minor stuff!

(UVW) is 8209 lbs; (GVWR is 11,700 lbs).

I stayed in this unit over the past 11 months after selling my house. The powerful A/C and heat functioned perfectly. The unit is also very effective with outside noise control.

Some updated inside areas and appliances maintained; clean; no major issues; original carpeting in front area was cleaned/shampooed within past week.

New Sealy sleeper couch up front, new dinette set and curtains.

Unit has t.v. hookups in front living area and in bedroom.

Outdated window coverings were removed to expose beautiful tinted windows in the bedroom area. You can see out, but they can’t see in.

Lots of cabinet and storage space.
