This 2021 Forest River 401 FLX Sandpiper shows like brand new. It is in Pristine condition and comes with a 12 year roof warrenty. Top of the line stainless appliances and a HUGE residential fridge freezer so you can really fill it up. It has a gas oven and real gas fireplace! and Smart TV with built in King wifi! The destination camper is very large @ 42'33" and 8' ceilings along with 3 slides and a 13' power awning. The lighting is very sexy with modern blue under lights to highlight all the features and custom trim wood work. Everyone who steps into it says it is the most beautiful camper they have ever seen; like nicer then their regular homes. You will have 2-30 gallon propane tanks to run the entire camper on (if you ever run out of power ). You have access to hook up you're grill directly to the camper to run off the tanks stored! My favorite feature of the camper is the HUGE tinted windows throughout. It really makes your views spectacular and the slow pull down retractable shades really give you 100% privacy when in use. Otherwise let the light come in! The sound system ( you can play either cd,s or use bluetooth) runs inside or on outside speakers under the lighted awning: great for listening to the ball game or HOOK up a tv -(cable ready outside) for FOOTBALL GAMES! Plenty of kitchen cabinet storage and dresser space and closet space for your private items and clothes. The additional storage is a locked feature on the back of the camper for you're beach chairs, fishing poles, coolers ect -it fits alot of stuff and locks! The camper is located on Pepper Creek near Bethany beach Delaware in Gullsway campground. You can either keep it there year round and access it 6 months a year or haul it away to whatever destination you desire. Im only selling because i bought a beach house and needed a yard for my dogs!
