Excellent condition Greyhawk 31f. Very well cared for and maintained, we have completed trips out west to many of the national parks as well as trips to Florida and New England. This motorhome performed great with no issues. We averaged 10 MPG with no tow vehicle. All scheduled maintanence has been done oil changes, generator oil changes every 5,000 miles by local Ford garage. 17,700 miles and 527 hrs on generator. very well cared for and detailed often.
