Beautiful 2016 Thor Tuscany 34ST XTE in excellent condition. Less than 27,000 miles. This coach is loaded (see pic of original Price Sheet) including 4 flat screen TV's (one outside); Blue Ray DVD with surround sound; Winegard Traveler Stationary HD Satellite; Residential side by side refrigerator; King size master bed; Dual A/C's and much more. The dealer insalled three residential size solar panels. The woodwork and cabinets are beautifully made and provide a very rich environment.
The coach has been well maintained, with most of the records available. The tires were replaced two years ago. It has been stored both outside (mild weather CA) and fully enclosed (RV Storage facilities). All appliances work (A/C's, washer and dryer, refrigerator, TV's, generator, microwave convection oven). The chassis battery was replaced last year and the house batteries were replaced with deep cell golf batteries three years ago.
The only two issues we know about is the door dead lock is not working and the refrigerator water and ice maker are not working.
We used this RV to make annual camping trips with the family and began doing extended trips (Oregon, Washington, Northern California, Arizona) during the last two years. This is a very comfortable coach and is a great way to sight see and camp. At 35 feet, it fits into almost every RV park and is easy to park.
We have only decided to sell as we have decided to upgrade to a bigger unit to make some extended trips accross the United States.
